Please do not drop members off prior to 7:30am.
Please make sure members are picked up by 6:00pm. Members dropped off earlier
than 7:30am and/or picked up after 6:00pm will receive a write-up. Please
follow our Club’s hours of operation.
|
·
For our Summer Program, we transition our Club
members into the grade they will be going into when school starts in the
fall. Example - If they just completed Kindergarten for the 2020-2021
academic year, they are considered 1
st
graders for our Summer Program. |
·
Teen Center: Club members in grades 6th-12th are eligible
for Teen
Center access. However, this is a privilege that all Club teens must be
respectful of. Teens must be respectful to all Club staff & Club
equipment while using the Teen Center and all other areas in the Club or they
will not be allowed in.
|
·
Teens (grades 6th-12th
) may use their electronics while in the Teen Center. However,
this is also a privilege, that if abused can be taken away. Teens must sign a
contract with the Teen Director to use their electronic devices. We do not
allow teens to use their cameras or take photos while here at the Club. All
electronics must be used in the Teen Center and can’t be used in any other
areas of the Club.
|
·
Members must have their membership card to sign-in
and sign-out every day they attend the Club. Replacement cards can be
purchased for $2 per card. The Club is not responsible for lost or stolen
membership cards. |
·
The Club is not responsible for lost or stolen
items. We strongly encourage members to keep any personal items at home to
avoid any issues.
|
·
All beverages/snacks/meals/food need to be
consumed in the dining room. We do not allow any Club members to eat in any
other areas. The Teen Center allows food/beverages in their kitchenette area
as long as teens remain respectful & clean up after themselves.
|
·
There is a shelf in the dining room dedicated to
sack lunch storage. Members are allowed to store their sack lunches there.
Any sack lunches left on the shelf Friday afternoons will be taken to our
lost & found or thrown away.
|
·
We strongly encourage members to wear tennis shoes
during our Summer Program. For all outdoor fieldtrips, we strongly encourage
members to wear tennis shoes or sturdy sandals for their safety. Please dress
members appropriately for the weather conditions.
|
·
We strongly encourage members to bring sunscreen
and bug spray during our Summer Program. The Club does not provide sunscreen
and bug spray. We also encourage members to bring a bottle of water if they
will be attending any outdoor fieldtrips. We have water fountains available
at the Club for all members to use throughout the day. |
·
Parents/Guardians must come inside of our building
when picking up their child. This is our policy. No exceptions. |
·
If a member is leaving the Club at any point throughout the day
(appointments, practice, lessons, etc.) they must sign-out with their
membership card at the Front Desk. The only exception to this is if the
member is on a Boys & Girls Club baseball team or a Boys & Girls Club
