August 4 - August 8th Field Trips for Grades 1-5:
Grades 1-5 Field Trips for August 4th through August 8th will go live on Monday, July 28 @ 12:00pm (noon) via your Parent Portal account! Reminder these field trips are ONLY for Club members going into Grades 1st through 5th for the 2025-2026 academic year!
Parent & Guardians are responsible for providing their children with the following items:
- Sunscreen
- Bugspray
- Water Bottle
- Closed toed shoes are strongly encouraged for outdoor activities & play
- Please dress your child appropriately for the weather & activities
Week of August 11 - August 15:
- No Field Trips August 11–15 for Grades 1-5: Due to the Brown County Fair, there will be no Club field trips that week!
- Instead, we’re asking Club families to volunteer one evening at our Grandstand Concessions Fundraiser at the Brown County Fair! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and it directly supports our Club's mission and helps ensure a safe & enriching environment for all of our Boys & Girls Club members.
- Your time and support help us continue creating a safe, fun, and enriching space for kids in our community.
- Every shift filled, every hour given, and every helping hand makes a real difference in the lives of our Boys & Girls Club members.

- We also have volunteer rosters in our Club's front lobby entrance if you prefer to sign-up in person.
