Reminders:

Please label all clothing, backpacks & school items with your child's first & last name.

The Club will not be responsible for lost, damaged, missing, broken or stolen items.

Club Attendance:

(The Club maintains an open door, and the drop-in policy is as follows below)

  • Members are required to have their card every day they attend the Club to sign in and sign out. If a member does not have their card when they sign in, a parent/guardian will be contacted to bring their membership card or purchase a new one. New cards can be purchased for $2.00 per card.
  • As our Open Door policy states, members are advised to stay on Club premises; however we cannot legally require a member to stay at the Club. It is very important for the parent/guardian to communicate with their child the importance of remaining in our facility for safety & security purposes.
  • Members in grades 6-12 are the only exception to this policy, in that they are allowed to leave the Club without adult supervision, with a preexisting signed parental consent form. The agreement on leaving the club is as follows: Permission must exist between the parent, member, and the Club.  A signed form must be submitted to the Club before any pre-teen/teen will be allowed to leave the premises.
  • The Club is not responsible for the welfare and/or behavior of any member leaving the property with or without parental consent.
  • As part of our Club's policy, all Club members are required to scan in and scan out with their membership card at the Control Center each day they are in attendance at our Cub.
  • If a card is broken or lost, a replacement card can be purchased at the Control Center or Administrative Offices for $2.00.
  • The Club has an Open Door Policy and does not need to be notified if a child does not attend the club on a certain day or days (unless they are signed up for our After School Transportation program).
